Auschwitz lamp

Not actually from Auschwitz, the lamp is the same as from yesterday and the cast iron remains it’s hanging on are the same as I have featured here previously.

I took this photo just south of the island between Holmsund and Obbola, with the setting sun behind the stone.

This is my regular birch, with a small twist: only a small part of it, while the wind was blowing and using a slow shutter speed. And I haven’t taken the coulour away, there never was much more than black and white in the scene.

Soft

A snow-covered stone

Perhaps not entirely soft if you happen to dive into it head-first (it’s a snow-covered stone…) I cannot put aside the soft look this scene has.
