About: Jag har fotograferat från och till sedan 1995, med en del längre uppehåll. Fotgraferandet tog fart när jag köpte min första digitalkamera (Canon PowerShot A 85). I dag, två digitalkamror senare använder jag en DSLR från Canon.

About: In January 2009 I bought myself an EOS 5D. It feels great in my hands, and I will use it as much as I can. All previous pictures (and maybe some to come) have been taken with a PowerShot G6.

The copyrights to all photographs and texts on this web page, are owned by their creators/authors. For the photographs, Fredrik “Perra” Persson and/or Ulf “Uffe” Nordholm own the copyrights. The copyright on any text either of us may write is owned by the author of that text. The copyright to any comment not written by either Fredrik “Perra” Persson or Ulf “Uffe” Nordholm is owned by the author of that particular comment.

Since  it has already happened, we have decided to treat all infringement of our copyright as follows:

  • We will use one or other of the semi-official price lists that exist in Sweden for such occasions. In the price list we use, we will find the price given for the use closest resembling that to which the picture has been put.
  • This price will be doubled, since the photograph was used without our permission.
  • If the photograph has been modified in any way, we will add a further 100% of the price given in the list.
  • If the photographer has not been credited (this can be done with a text stating the photographers name, preceded by the word “Photographer” in close proximity to the photograph) a further 100% of the list price will be added.
  • The infringing party will be invoiced the  total sum, and full payment will be expected within two weeks. This time should allow even parties outside Sweden enough time to have the sum transfered to the photographer’s bank account.
  • All payment shall be made by bank transfer to the bank account stated in the invoice. We do not accept cash, cheques, or goods supposedly worth as much as (or more than) the invoiced amount. Bank transfers to the account given is the only method of payment we accept. Be sure to state your name in the transfer, so we know who has sent the money. Failure to state your name on the transfer may result in you wrongly being charged interest.
  • If full payment has not been recieved by the end of the two-week period, we will charge the infringing party as much interest as Swedish law lets us, starting from when full payment should have been recieved.
  • If we have to pay anybody (eg lawyers or technical experts) to uphold our copyright, these expenses will be added to the invoice. If we have already sent you an invoice and you choose to fight us over it, we will send you a separate invoice with our expenses. The same terms apply to this second invoice as the first. The same applies to any other expenses we might have to pay in order to defend our copyright: we will bill you.
  • These terms are applicable from the moment we publish them here, and any modifications we might make in the future are applicable immediately. These terms apply to any infringement we may discover after publishing these terms. When one of our pictures was published without permission is irelevant, it is the date we discover the copright infringement that counts.

The words “us” and “we” in the section “Copyright” should be taken to mean either Fredrik “Perra” Persson or Ulf “Uffe” Nordholm acting independently or both together.
